    fine view of Old City, elegant marble floors, convenient access to Mamilla Mall

    Soundproofing in rooms needs improvement!!! Traffic noise disrupts sleep and concierge communication is lacking!!! Information about holiday hours should be clearer at check-in!!! Enhancing evening dining options is essential!!!

    The location is magnificent and amazing and they have parking nearby. The breakfast with freshly made pancakes and omelettes, for example is savoury for what is offered.

    Unbeatable and awesome setting, I had truly memorable time.

    i greatly enjoyed 3 nights there. everything was great, so were particularly good views of the old city. my double room had modern conveniences, including a terrace, a balcony, and a large mirror. had warm drinks in the lobby bar in the evening. very very good breakfast and other services were exceptional. plus, they provided me with a free wi-fi.

    The balcony room offered fine views, and breakfast had a beautiful buffet presentation. The attentive waiter remembered my coffee choice. The main road noise from the lower floor room detracted from the experience, and the restaurant service varied on busy nights. While the gym was excellent, having more floor space access could enhance the experience.

    The location of david citadel is fantastic! It's so close to the mamila center and just a short walk to the old city. The superior room had a fine new city view, and the hotel itself felt spacious and luxurious. I especially loved the beauty department. My facial treatment was heavenly.

    Staying at this hotel was a good experience, especially with my two small kids. We loved that the hotel organizes unique running tours around Jerusalem, great to explore the city's rich history together. Our room had a gorgeous view, and the staff was consistently friendly. Our breakfast experience was upgraded with Said, a fantastic waiter who turned meal times into nice moments.

    For dads, it would be great if there were more family-oriented activities available.
